I am a banker by day, blogger by night and a chef on weekends. I love writing about anything that crosses my mind. Actually, a thousand things cross my mind but at forty-something, I tend to forget what to write about! I keep a small notebook to write down the topics but most of the time, I am just too lazy to jot down notes.

I love cooking! I spend most of my money buying foodstuff and ingredients for my projects. And when I travel, I usually head to the groceries to buy ingredients that are hard to find here in Manila. I do not really follow instructions when I test recipes except when baking cakes.
Princess Paputat is my childhood name.  Paputat in baby talk means Pussy Cat- although  I hate cats.
